Incoming Business Mission 2009: Meet and Network
The Incoming Business Mission (IBM) which already includes top business people from Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore and is expected to attract even more business people from other countries. Selected SME owners from Malaysia will be invited for business matching sessions with the IBM delegates, which will be held alongside SME Solutions Expo 2009.

Who Qualifies?
APPLICATION FOR HOSTED BUYER IS NOW CLOSED.
You may qualify as a Hosted Buyer if you are:
1. A franchisor or franchisee from Singapore, Brunei or Indonesia
2. A decision maker (MD, CEO, COO, GM, Purchasing Manager, Business Development Manager, IT Manager or similar)

Just complete the Hosted Buyer Registration by 25 June 2009 and you may qualify!
Selection
All applications will be vetted by the Organisers. Upon approval, all qualified buyers will receive a confirmation email. Applicants who do not meet the criteria of the hosted buyer program will have the opportunity to attend the SME Solutions Expo 2009 as a buyer and are required to submit refundable deposit of USD 100 to enjoy the privilege of pre-schedule appointment service, optional complimentary night tour of Kuala Lumpur and attend any of the concurrent seminars.
Acceptance
To accept the Hosted Buyer status, successful applicants must submit a refundable deposit of USD 100 by bank draft, international money order or telegraphic transfer. Details of payment will be provided in due course. All payment must be completed within 1 week from the confirmation email sent.
Hosted Buyer Benefits :
1. 3 days / 2 nights accommodation in Official Hotel (check in 8/July, check out 10/July
2. All meals as scheduled
3. Complimentary half-day night-tour of Kuala Lumpur (on 8/July)
4. Admission to the Expo
5. Return Airport transfer (KLIA – Hotel – KLIA)

Cancellation, Substitution & Refund
Substitution must be in write to the secretariat on or before 3 July 2009. No refund shall be made for any cancellation. A charge of Thai Baht 500 will be imposed upon late substitution notification or loss of the badge.
Obligations of Hosted Buyers
All hosted buyers are required to follow the IBM Programme, participate in all activities prescribed, and fulfil at least 90% , failing which a penalty of USD 500 will be levied on top of the USD 100 deposit to cover cost of Hosted Buyer Programme.

Arrive Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Look out for Airport Limo Counter for your transfer to hotel. Check-in hotel and Kuala Lumpur night tour (depart 6.30 pm till 10.30 pm, dinner not included)
Day 2 Thursday 9th July 2009

8.30 am | Registration at Bintang Ballroom, Cititel Mid Valley for Opening Ceremony
10.00 am | Tour of exhibition and buyers briefing
11.00 am | Business matching commences (Matahari Room II, Cititel Mid Valley)
1.00 pm | Lunch
2.00 pm | Business matching commences (Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Kuala Lumpur)
6.00 pm | Business matching ends
